Superior Welding is a diversified company specializing in the design and fabrication of steel fabricated products. We utilize a sophisticated CAD/CAM system and an experienced staff that provides engineering capabilities that are usually found in much larger companies. All CAD designing is done using AutoCAD software with CNC programming.
Welding is performed by experienced welders with AWS D1.1 and D1.6 certifications. We are also qualified for A387 Gr.22 welding.
Exhaust Stacks
We design, engineer, and fabricate custom exhaust stacks for a variety of applications. Ranging in diameter from 8” to 120” and up to 100’+ in height. We have the capability to fabricate out of a variety of material as well; carbon steel, stainless steel, corten, etc. The designs can range from square to round with ranging wall thicknesses as well. Access ladders,
platforms, safety gates, and fall protection kits are also available.
Industrial Furnace Systems
We fabricate several components associated with Industrial Furnace Systems including but not limited to grate frames, fuel feeders, hoppers, furnace panels, wet and dry ash conveyors, screw augers, ductwork, etc. We have the capabilities to fabricate many different sizes as well as having multiple projects in process at the same time.
Aggregate Processing Equipment
We fabricate a vast array of equipment used in the processing of aggregate as well as replacement parts related to the mining industry. These range from small parts to large cone shaped liners to complex assemblies with several moving parts. They are used in large gravel crushing plants along with road construction equipment.
Other Custom Fabrications
We also can help with ductwork, scrubbers, towers, structural frames, airlocks, jackshafts, roll-off trailers, mobile crushing plants, storage tanks, and piping skids. We have the capabilities to offer a vast range of services from fabricating to final assembly and shipping.
