OUR CAPABILITIES
We Have What You Need
We offer seven independent fabrication spaces for any number of welding services. Each has their own overhead crane service with forklift access as well. Different door sizes and crane heights give us the flexibility to work on several different size projects simultaneously.
We utilize three different size rolls that give us the ability to roll diameters ranging from 8” to 120”. We can also form conical segments on our largest roll. Material thicknesses we can roll range from12 gauge up to 1.5” thick on our largest roll.
Our two plasma tables give us the ability to custom cut steel parts to any kind of pattern. These tables can handle sheet sizes ranging from 12 gauge sheet to 1-1/2" Plate in sizes up to 96" x 144". These tables can cut most any type of material as well; ranging from carbon and stainless steel to bronze and aluminum.
We also utilize two machining centers that allow us to do in-house machining. Each has a different size table to enable us to work on both large and small parts used in the fabrication process.
Other equipment we have include: two vertical milling machines, a large press break, three CNC programmable saws, and an iron worker.
In addition to this multitude of equipment, we also offer a state of the art paint facility and warehousing (storage) capabilities, if needs arise. Combined with the abilities to load/unload container trucks and flatbeds, the options we can offer are vast.
